The vehicle showcase is designed to highlight local builds, unique rides and the people behind them. Custom builds, classics, imports, performance vehicles and unique automotive projects are welcome to apply.

EVENT RULES
This is your chance to put your vehicle in front of a new crowd — car enthusiasts, music fans, local businesses and community members all coming together for one summer event.
Selected vehicles will be part of the Cars & Bars event experience, with opportunities for event photos, video content and potential social media features before or after the event.
Selected vehicle owners will receive:
A dedicated showcase parking spot
Two complimentary event passes
Access to the full Cars & Bars event experience
Opportunity to be included in event photo and video content
Selected vehicles may also be featured on Cars & Bars social media before and after the event.
Cars & Bars is designed to celebrate vehicles, music and community in a safe, respectful environment.
Selected vehicle owners must follow all event and venue rules. Unsafe driving, burnouts, excessive revving, disruptive behaviour or damage to venue property will not be permitted.
Vehicles must remain in their assigned showcase area unless otherwise approved by Cars & Bars staff.
Drivers are expected to follow instructions from event staff, venue staff and security.
Vehicle submissions will be reviewed by the Cars & Bars team. Submitting your vehicle does not guarantee selection.
Approved vehicle owners will be contacted with event details, arrival instructions and showcase requirements.
